3. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles data in transit. Submitted information is delivered to office@mayach.in and is not stored by Formspree beyond delivery.
4. Cookies
This website uses a single session item stored in your browser's localStorage to remember that you have accepted the site disclaimer. This is not a tracking cookie — it contains no personal information and is not transmitted to any server. It persists until you clear your browser storage.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking technology.
5. Third-Party Services
The website uses the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts — to serve the Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans typefaces. Google may log font requests. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

- flagcdn.com — to serve flag images. No personal data is transmitted in these requests beyond standard HTTP headers.

6. Data Retention
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are retained in email correspondence for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up on legal matters. If you wish to have your information deleted, email office@mayach.in and we will comply within a reasonable time.

If you are located in the European Union, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection legislation, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any such right, contact office@mayach.in. We will respond within 30 days.
