Mayach & Co. advises on matters arising under Indian law — litigation before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India, arbitration, constitutional questions, and cross-border disputes with an Indian dimension.
India is one of the most consequential legal jurisdictions for global business — and one of the least straightforward for foreign parties to navigate. The court system, procedural rules, and regulatory landscape are distinct from common law jurisdictions in ways that matter in practice.
Mayach & Co. offers direct access to Indian counsel — a single point of contact for matters involving the Delhi courts, the Supreme Court, and Indian regulatory bodies. We work with instructing solicitors and law firms across the UK, US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Correspondence in English. Clear fee structures. No institutional delay.
Himanshu Soni is the founder of Mayach & Co., completing his LLB at Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2026.
Mayach & Co. was built to address a gap — NRIs and foreign nationals dealing with Indian law have very few lawyers speaking to them directly. A matrimonial dispute with an Indian spouse, a property that forms part of an alimony settlement, an inheritance playing out across two countries — these problems exist at the intersection of Indian law and an international life, and that is where this chamber operates.
Before law, he studied agriculture — an interest in land and environment that turned into a recognition that everything, from property to FMCG to forest rights, connects back to law.
Mayach & Co. accepts instructions from individual clients and from solicitors or law firms instructing on behalf of their clients. We advise on Indian jurisdiction matters from offices in New Delhi.
